By purchasing or downloading Signing Agent HQ ("the Product"), sold by DigitaLAB Vision ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms.

License

The Product is sold under a single-user license. You may use it for your own notary business. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share access with others. Templates may be customized for your own use.

Digital goods

The Product is a digital download delivered via email link. Access is granted immediately after payment.

Not professional advice

Signing Agent HQ is an organizer, not legal or tax advice. Confirm all figures with a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own tax filings and business decisions.

Updates

We provide free lifetime updates, including annual IRS mileage-rate updates, while the Product is offered.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
