Signing Agent HQ started where most notary businesses start: with a phone full of texts, a glove box full of receipts, and a half-broken spreadsheet someone gave us "to get started."

After three tax seasons of guessing what we made and how many miles we drove, we built the system we wished existed — one place that tracks every signing, captures every deductible mile, and spits out a Schedule C-ready summary in a click.

We released it because every signing agent we know is fighting the same problem. You shouldn't need accounting software, a CRM, a mileage app, and a tax tool to run a one-person notary business. You need one sheet that just works.
